Shared Housing

Missing Link has a number of houses which are shared. Each resident has her own bedroom and shares the rest of the house with other women. Each resident has a support worker and a housing worker who provide a range of emotional and practical support.

The housing is for a maximum of 2 years, during which time, regular reviews are held to ensure that the support is responsive to the residents' changing needs and that appropriate move-on options are identified.

Staff are not based in the houses and the support operates during normal office hours. There is no night time or weekend cover.
